Yes. Many issues can be fixed remotely the same day, with an on-site visit when something needs hands on.
Is it worth fixing or should I replace it?
If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we'll tell you and give you options.
How do I know my backups actually work?
We set up automatic backups and test a restore, so you know your files can really be recovered.
